Senator Bishop moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as a                                                               
cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 176 "An Act relating to pollutants;                                                                
relating to perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances; relating to                                                          
the duties of the Department of Environmental Conservation; and                                                                 
relating to firefighting substances." Without objection, it was so
